What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship via UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE unless otherwise noted. Tracking is included in a dom

INTERNATIONAL

We send our international orders via USPS. Tracking is NOT included on international orders unless FedEx is chosen as a shipping courier. It can't take up to 14 business days for orders to cross the border.

 

Care/Repairs?

Each piece is handmade is care and with you in mind which means there may be some slight irregularities from the online images.

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up 4 months after date of purchase.

All sales are final on customized and discounted items.

Remember, it's not recommended to get your jewelry wet, as it will shorten the life of your piece.

 

Returns?

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including original packaging and tags.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please contact us prior to sending in returns/exchanges so we can keep an watchful eye out for it in the mail.

We reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
