The Pick Me Up Smoothie

When I am craving something that will satisfy my “pancakes for breakfast” or “peanut butter cookies” cravings and really fill me up this is the smoothie I go for. It gives me energy when I am feeling low. It’s nutty, fruity and you can’t taste the greens!

Updates from my last smoothie post:

  1. Since posting my first smoothie recipe, I was getting a lot questions about a more budget friendly option compared to a vitamix. Well a couple weeks ago, Michael and I got the Nutribullet blender so that we could make smoothies while on the road and I DEFINITELY recommend it. It’s small, super affordable and my smoothies have been super smooth. I love that it’s so tiny and it can live on my counter top.

  2. My smoothie cups are on sale!!!! You can find them here. If you use code: SARA and get 25% off.
